General Reservation Request

This is a request for a reservation only. You will be contacted by email and/or telephone in our off season (Nov. 1 – Mar. 30) and by phone during our season (Apr. 1 – Oct. 31) with availability, and to confirm your reservation. Deposits are required with all advance reservations. Please contact the park using the reservation request form below. You will be contacted once the form is received regarding availability and the required deposit. If you do not hear from us within 48 hours during season, please call!

Date Change Policy: Shortened dates must be made at least 7 days prior to arrival by 11 a.m.  After that time, you will be charged for all reserved dates.

Cancellation Policy:  $20 fee for stays 4 or fewer days and $100 fee for stays 5 or more days, Holidays and Special Events provided reservation is cancelled by 11am 7 days prior to arrival date (14 day notice required for groups of 4 or more).  $200 fee for stays 21 days or more provided reservation is cancelled by 11 am 30 days prior to arrival. Full deposit will be forfeited with less than required notice.

**Sometimes, mistakes happen. Please read your reservation confirmation upon receipt to verify your dates of stay. If your dates are inaccurate, please notify the park promptly. Thank you.
