General Reservation Request

This is a request for a reservation only. Currently we are in our off season from November 1 to April 1. You will be contacted by email and/or telephone in our off season starting the first week of January in the order of receipt, with availability and to confirm your reservation. Deposits are required with all advance reservations.

Date Change Policy: Shortened dates must be made at least 7 days prior to arrival by 11 am. After that time, you will be charged for all reserved dates.

Cancellation Policy: $20 fee for stays 4 or fewer days and $100 fee for stays 5 or more days. Holidays and Special Events provided reservation is cancelled by 11am 7 days prior to arrival date (14 day notice required for groups of 4 or more). $200 fee for stays 21 days or more provided reservation is cancelled by 11 am 30 days prior to arrival. Full deposit will be forfeited with less than required notice.

**Sometimes, mistakes happen. Please read your reservation confirmation when you receive it after making a deposit to verify your dates of stay. If your dates are inaccurate, please notify the park promptly. Thank you.
