Campground Policy
OCCUPANCY: All rates are for 1-4 persons per site. Maximum 6 persons total per site. Only one RV and vehicle allowed per site. No tents (for sleeping) are allowed at any site. Shade tents without a bottom are permitted. Sleeping in vehicles is not allowed.
PETS: Limit of 2 pets per site without park owner’s approval. Breeds identified with a history of unfriendly or aggressive behavior are not allowed at Osage Beach RV Park. We love your farm animals but please leave them at home. We do not allow goats, chickens, cows, horses or other farm/ranch animals.
GUESTS: Pool, bathhouse, pavilion, and playground are for registered guests only. If visitors of registered guests would like to use our facilities (pool, bathhouse, etc.) they need to complete a liability waiver in the office and pay the daily fee. All visitors must register their vehicles with the office and park in visitor parking.
DISCOUNTS: Discounts honored on Daily Rates only. Not applicable on already discounted rates. 10% for Good Sam, Active Military and Veteran. 15% for Escapees. Holidays excluded.
NO REFUND POLICY: Once you are checked-in there are no refunds. Cancellations within 7 days of arrival will not receive a refund.
CONFIRMATIONS: Your reservation is confirmed upon receipt of deposit. You will receive a confirmation email. Please review and report any issues or errors within 24 hours of booking.
CHECK-INS: Check-in time is from 1:00 pm to 9:00 pm. We do not accept check-ins past 9:00 pm. We may accommodate early arrivals if your site is available. Please call ahead to confirm.
SINGLES POLICY: Single Persons under the age of 25 may not register or stay at Osage Beach RV Park without their parent or grandparent present. Picture ID may be requested.
VEHICLES AND PARKING: Maximum of One RV and One Vehicle per site. All Additional trailers and vehicles, including boats, shall park in Visitor Parking areas. Office staff will direct you to the appropriate parking area. All guests and vehicles must be registered.
SERVICE: We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone at any time. We reserve the right to make exceptions to the rules. We reserve the right to change the rules at any time without notice.
Osage Beach RV Park park is a service oriented business, we do not have a landlord/tenant relationship with any daily/weekly/extended stay guests.
RULES/VIOLATIONS: If you do not adhere to the rules and policies of the park we have the right to evict you immediately, without a refund.
If we determine, at our discretion, that your behavior or the behavior of your family or guest is disruptive and/or confrontational we will evict you without refund (this means if you are being disruptive at 2 am, you will be evicted at 2:05 am). Local law enforcement is fully aware of our policy.
